RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced ACCOUNTS / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established concern based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Accounting / bookkeeping qualification/s an added advantage (not essential).
English speaking person (person must be able to speak, read and write English competently). Zulu an added advantage.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Strong MS Excel skills. Previous working experience on accounting packages an advantage.
5yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position (basic accounts, strong administration skills, managing office, telephonic debt collection, etc).
Basic accounting knowledge.
Accounts duties include invoicing, receipting and follow-ups).
Debt collection (phone calls).
Organizing company events (dealing with caterer, booking venue, etc).
Health and safety / first aid duties when required (will be sent on course if required).
General adhoc duties.
