RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER (GARDEN SERVICE) for a well-established national, garden service company, position based in Umlazi, KwaZulu-Natal.

!PERSON MUST RESIDE IN THE UMLAZI AREA AND PREFERABLY BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Horticulture qualification or similar.

Samtrac / NOSA safety qualifications or similar.

English / Zulu speaking.

Supervisory / entrepreneurial skills.

Strong customer care / communication skills.

Previous working experience in garden landscaping services and maintenance is essential.

Co-ordination and supervision of staff.

Contract management.

Inventory management.

Project management.

Basic human resources experience.
