RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced BRANCH MANAGER (RETAIL / SERVICE INDUSTRY) for a well-established growing concern, position based in the Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Relevant qualifications an added advantage.

Person must be able to speak / read / write English / Zulu competently.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

Previous working experience in logistics and service industries an added advantage.

Previous working experience in a similar position is essential.

Strong staff management skills.

Person will be required to oversee the successful running of the branch and ensure optimal efficiency, including communication and relaying of messages between the franchisee, staff and contractor driver partners. This position will manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day-to-day operations.

Salary package offered: - Basic salary + allowances
