RedCat Recruitment is seeking an EXPERIENCED SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT (ACCOUNTING INDUSTRY) for a well-established accounting company, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable transport.
English speaking (person must be able to speak, read and write English competently).
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Previous secretarial / PA working experience in the accounting industry an added advantage.
5yrs+ previous working experience as a Secretary / Personal Assistant.
Office management duties.
This position would only suit a very organized, pedantic, proactive, orderly, neat and hard worker with a firm nature.
Person will be required to oversee and give certain staff members tasks to complete.
Excellent communication skills (with clients and staff).
