RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced UNIT MANAGER (MATERNITY) for a large organization. Position based in KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

Degree in Nursing Administration an added advantage.

Diploma in General Nursing Science and Midwifery.

Registered nurse with a valid SANC registration.

5yrs+ previous maternity / NICU with managerial experience.

Staff management.

Quality management.

Ensure quality nursing care.

Managing stock and unit budget.

Ensure effective functioning of equipment and instrumentation.

Provide effective infection control safety standards.
