RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER for a large manufacturing concern. Position based in the Phoenix area, Durban.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Relevant qualifications.

English speaking person (person must be able to read, write, speak English competently).

Valid driver’s license.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Working experience on human resources / payroll packages.

3 – 5yrs previous recruitment / human resources experience in a production / manufacturing environment is essential.

Strong knowledge of recruitment process.

Good understanding of labour laws.

Industrial relations experience.

Talent management experience.

Payroll experience.
